  • Join us for a Ceremony of Cacao and Sound Healing to embrace the quiet wisdom of winter, as we journey inward to discover the sacred stillness that nurtures your soul during these contemplative months.

    Together we will make the sacred commitment to connecting, remembering and loving as we gather together to sit with the Medicine of Ceremonial-grade Cacao to open our hearts in ceremony and dive even deeper as the sound takes us on a journey into the subconscious, offering hidden insights and facilitating deep relaxation, healing and further heart opening opportunities.

  • A gentle yet powerful container to explore, embody, and return to devotion.

    Each evening, we gather in presence for:

    ~ 35 minutes of restorative yoga – to soften, ground, and listen.

    ~ 15 minutes of Intention & Guided Meditation – to center, reflect, and return.

    This space invites you to arrive as you are each day.. tired, joyful, grieving, uplifted.
    We meet not for perfection, but for presence,
    To honor what arises,
    To explore what devotion means in the context of your everyday life.


    Optional Cacao Ritual
    For those who feel called, the final 15 minutes of each session are designed to be shared with or without cacao.
    If you choose to journey with cacao, I will offer suggestions on where to purchase and how to prepare it before we begin.

    **This offering is for group or solo journeys. Please reach out if you are feeling called to join this practice. The dates form as the group forms. If individual practice is what you seek, a timeline will be created by us, for you.
